All items shipped within the UK should be delivered within 1-5 working days via Royal Mail. Please note that commissions take 1-3 weeks to make, before shipping. All shipments will contain electronic tracking information and insurance. Roam Jewelry Co. and Brianna Cappelli are not responsible for items lost or delayed in shipping.

International Shipping (U.S. + other countries)

Postal rates are calculated based on package weight and dimensions. Delivery times will vary based on your location and local postal service.

Returns

Returns Policy

Each piece of Roam Jewelry is handmade by Brianna Cappelli in her home studio. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, please contact her immediately at roamjewelryco@gmail.com (Must be within 7 days of receiving your jewelry).

Items that have been worn or damaged cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping and processing fees, which will be excluded in the refund. Once I have received your return and assessed for damage, your refund will be processed.

Earrings can be returned, but not fully refunded. For hygienic reasons, all returned earrings must be given new earring posts/backs and be refinished. Returned earrings are eligible for a 50% refund.
